The WIT group is passionate about working together as a single entity. In fact, our members compile one of the most cohesive buying groups in the plumbing and HVAC industry. For a vendor, WIT is in a unique position to help influence our members to purchase from vendors within the group. As a culture, we firmly believe in the concept that the sum of the whole is greater than its parts. We work together on a variety of different goals and iniatives that help further our survival and success.

Because of our "Power of One" concept, we have the ability to reach year-end tiers for additional rebates, purchase 90% of our commodity products through the group and fully support the vendors that are chosen through WIT. Furthermore, with our "one" group concept, we are able to pursue and implement initiatives like national accounts, private labeling, importing and techological advancements.
